Gaspol is the largest distributor of liquefied gas in Poland. We are part of the Dutch company SHVGas, a world leader on the LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) market. We draw upon the experience of more than 20 sister companies located throughout the world. The development of the Polish market, however, is very important to us.

Gaspol was created in 1991. We operate on the tanked gas, cylinder gas and automotive gas markets. We have two loading terminals – a railway terminal located in Małaszewice and a sea terminal located in Gdańsk, as well as seven filling plants which cover the entire country within their scope. We have organised a transport and distribution network that covers all of Poland and work with almost 300 hundred dealers and 20,000 retail outlets.

We are a modern and innovative company. In 1992 we constructed the first liquefied gas tank installation in Poland. In 1997, we introduced liquefied gas as a fuel for supplying municipal transport buses. Also in 1997, Gaspol as the first distribution company in Poland, implemented a closed distribution system for canister gas used to supply forklifts, a system specially prepared for this function and used exclusively for this purpose. In 2003, we were also the first to introduce a telemetric system which allows our Clients to make settlements for consumed gas. This modern technology relieves the Gaspol Client from the necessity to order gas – our company on its own monitors the level of gas found in tanks and delivers gas when it is needed. In 2005, the Gaspol product line was expanded by four types of heating umbrellas offered at very attractive prices and supplied from 10 kg cylinders.
